In January of 2021, we proudly took over Underneath It All from a wonderful pair of retiring owners, committed to continuing and building upon their mission and goals.

Kimberly oversees the day-to-day operations, bringing a diverse educational background that includes degrees in finance, dietetics, and healthcare education, along with her ongoing pursuit of an MBA. Her personal connection to this business runs deep, as both her grandmothers were breast cancer survivors who underwent mastectomies. This experience, combined with her training as an eating disorders dietitian, has shaped her belief in the importance of learning to love and embrace one’s body, regardless of its shape or size. What began as a parallel journey has blossomed into a genuine passion. In late 2021, Kimberly became a Certified Mastectomy Fitter and now cherishes the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, guiding them through their unique journeys.

Shaun brings over 20 years of experience in the medical equipment industry, having held executive roles until early 2025. His expertise lies in logistics, enhancing the customer experience, and developing effective processes and protocols. While he may manage the behind-the-scenes aspects, his extensive industry knowledge and experience as a former CEO have been invaluable in allowing Underneath It All to focus even more on our clients and their outcomes.
