Appointments are preferred, but not required. Scheduling an appointment reduces wait time and allows us to ensure you get the attention you deserve. Walk ins are welcome, however appointments will take priority. Appointments are required at our satellite locations and on Saturdays.

Yes. If we are billing to insurance, we must have a signed prescription with the appropriate diagnosis from your doctor. We are happy to send a prescription request for you. Oncologists, surgeons, and primary care physicians can all sign a prescription. You must have seen the doctor signing the prescription within the last year. If you are private paying for items, a prescription is not required.

Most insurance companies provide coverage for items related to breast cancer. Each insurance company and plan is unique. We recommend calling your insurance company to verify benefits. Please note that even if items are covered, they are subject to deductibles and out of pocket expenses.

For compression items, a lymphedema diagnosis is required. Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans cover compression items related to lymphedema. Commercial plans do not all cover compression items. Item descriptionWe are with you throughout your journey. We can do a pre surgery consultation to discuss what items we offer. Before surgery, we do a post surgical garment fitting. After surgery, we do an initial bra and prosthetic fittings. These items are a life long need and we provided fittings on an ongoing basis. We also offer compression fittings for those with lymphedema.
