Insurance Billing:
 
We do not bill insurance unless you are an existing IN-STORE client.
 
If you do not meet the above criteria - we accept check or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER) to    
pay for your purchases.  
 
You may submit your paid receipt direct to your insurance company for reimbursement.
