Can you bill my insurance company?
  We can bill your insurance company for you if you meet the following criteria:
 
                     * you currently live in Minnesota

                     * you have been into our store or been fitted at one of our other locations in the past

                     * we have a copy of your insurance card on file
 
If you do not meet the above criteria - we accept check or credit card to pay for your purchases.  You may submit        your paid receipt direct to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
  No - sales tax is not charged on DME products in Minnesota.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please call us at 952-937-9252 or email  info@underneathitall.com .
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
