| How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | How much is my shipping? | |
For orders within the continental United States:
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add
items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. We charge flat rates for shipping.
For order totals below $25.00 we charge $5.00.
For order totals between $25.01 and $50.00 we charge $7.00.
For order totals between $50.01 and $150.00 we charge $15.00.
For order totals over $150.00 we charge $20.00.

| What is your return policy? | |
| Swimsuits, sale items, special orders, nipples, attachable forms, lotion, deodorant, and products which have been altered (taking in a tuck, adding a pocket, etc) are not returnable. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with tags attached in original condition. Underneath It All reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $10 or 20% whichever is greater. For all approved returns - IN STORE/WEB CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. | |
